- You will be supported to build the skills you need to get ready for the next step in your journey.
- We will help you to build a CV, give you to the tools to search for and apply for jobs, interview, what to expect from work (contracts of employment, holiday and sick pay, health & safety and wellbeing).
Participants will receive £150 love to shop vouchers on completion.
Step Three: Work Taster
- A Career Coach will support you to identify your interests and ambitions and match you to a work taster/work experience placement.
- We will provide you with a bus pass and support with organising the right clothes for work.

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, led by Mayor Helen Godwin, has secured nearly £5 million of national government funding to deliver the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer programme. As one of only eight such regions in England, the West of England is pioneering new ways to support young people aged 18–21 who are not in education, employment or training. Delivered in partnership with Bristol City Council, this initiative is funded by the UK government and forms part of the national Get Britain Working strategy.
