We provide free essential skills courses for employees needing support with English, maths, or digital literacy. Courses are accredited up to Level 2, including ESOL. We also offer co-funded courses in horticulture, health & social care, and childcare. Employers offering guaranteed interviews can co-design bespoke training to meet workforce needs.
