We partner with employers to deliver two-week work tasters for young people aged 17–21 not in education, employment, or training. We offer support with job descriptions and placement planning, matching with aligned candidates, ongoing support throughout the placement, inclusive recruitment guidance and opportunities to identify future talent and strengthen community engagement.
