Managing the delivery team and overseeing delivery across WORKS schools and employer encounters, Elo is experienced in designing, establishing and running ambitious regional and national youth programmes.

Her career has spanned founding a youth arts charity to support care experienced young people, managing employability programmes for young people who are NEET in partnership with employers, running a programme of capacity building support for youth groups in under-served communities, and designing engagement and support programmes for unaccompanied young people seeking asylum.
