Next Level – Level 2 Customer Service Course

Do you want to boost your English and maths whilst growing your customer service skills? 

Next Level are recruiting for their upcoming Level 2 Customer Service Course in Bristol!

The 26-week course is made up of these units:

  • Communicate using customer service language
  • Follow the rules to deliver customer service
  • Give customers positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Communicate effectively to deliver customer service
  • Deal with customers face to face
  • Do your job in a customer friendly way
  • Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
  • – all whilst gaining your Functional Skills qualifications!

The course will be delivered across 3 days and there is the potential for support with potential for support, including a weekly bursary, assistance with childcare, and coverage of travel costs.

Completing the course will put you on the path for a full-time apprenticeship and provide you with employability skills for your next steps.
