Here are some details about the Business Academy:
Duration: 6 months, 3 days a week
Entry requirements: No formal entry requirements. The programme is for young people aged 16–19 who haven’t completed the same programme before.
What learners gain:
- Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
- Maths and English Functional Skills
- A work experience placement
