Bristol WORKS aims to make quality experiences of work and apprenticeships available to every young person.
Our Aims Bristol WORKS Objectives
To support those who face the greatest challenges in accessing learning, skills and employment across the City and to help these young people access post 16 pathways more readily.
To equip future generations with the passion and skills to make positive life choices regardless of their background.
Recognised that there are more opportunities for young people to engage with the working world than just a traditional work experience.
Using an experience of work framework WORKS collaborates with schools, provisions and employers to develop a bespoke careers plan and programme of activity for students that is both aspirational and showcases the diverse opportunities available within the City.
