Team Love Welcomes Bristol WORKS School

Year 11 students from Bristol Hospital Education Service visited Team Love today to find out about creative careers in Festival Production.

The group of 15 and 16 year olds started off by a taking a tour of the offices. They met the production team, the marketing team, and the crew that build various stages and props that make the festivals exciting and immersive.

After watching Team Love promotional content to better understand how each of the festivals differ, the students heard about how marketing operates and how important it is to reach certain audiences.

Next, the Year 11s heard from Team Love Director who told them about his pathway into the role and how the team has grown. Gaining further knowledge from the Artist Advancing and Liaison team, the students learnt that the roles require attention to detail, and organisation but rely on creativity in problem solving.

A huge thanks to Team Love for offering Bristol students some great insights into the exceptional opportunities their city has to offer.
