ESOL Conversation Clubs – Summer club times
Bristol Community Learning team manages and supports ESOL Conversation Clubs across the city.
Different from a formal ESOL class, clubs offer people an informal space to practice their speaking and listening skills, build their confidence and chat with others. Many attendees also attend a formal ESOL course but really welcome the opportunity to practice their skills outside the classroom.
Clubs are run by trained volunteers from across the city with the support of a dedicated Conversation Club Development Worker. If you are interested in volunteering at one of our clubs please get in touch.
They are open to everyone who has English as a second language. Clubs are free and people can attend more than one class if they like.
Our full list of clubs runs through the school term and will shortly be taking a break for the summer however we do have some Summer clubs running from 10 July.
