Opportunity for Youth Employment in Health and Social Care 18-30
I just wanted to let you know that we have a few programmes coming up in Bristol and Wiltshire that offer 18–30-year-olds the chance to interview for live vacancies in a variety of health and social care roles. Though our programmes vary in length and delivery style (i.e., face to face or online), they all offer employability skills and health and social care sector knowledge that can offer a foot in the door for young people who may have been struggling to find work. Our interview preparation day on the 26th of September has Mental Health Support Worker roles available to interview for which we know can be a very popular field of work for young people who care about helping others.
Some other benefits we can offer after the course are:
- 1 to 1 Mentoring
- Financial support if needed for travel, uniform, DBS check etc.,
- FREE access to online wellbeing and mental health services
- Support with Applications
- PT staff can support you for 3 months into your role
