Two roles are available in this busy team, and you will need to be customer focussed. It’s a friendly supportive team, who want to make a difference making sure the right information resolve queries in a timely manner.
What will you be doing?
There is a mixture of financial administration and customer service. There are many queries, and a high standard of service is provided to customers, over the phone and responding via email. There are several systems used for data management and you will need to be confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and learning new systems quickly.
