Skills Bootcamp in Green Construction
This is a 4 week Level 2 bootcamp in Green Construction for residents of Bristol.
Upon completion of this course, we will also offer guaranteed job interviews for all!
Aimed at providing the background skills and knowledge to understand the green agenda & its impact on the construction sector.
Units Covered:
Climate change/Environmental:
- Climate change, sustainability & the environment
- The relationship between work & energy consumption
- The industry, resource efficiency & waste management
- Reducing energy consumption in the work environment
Working in the construction industry:
- Introduction to self employment
- A career working in construction
- sustainability in the construction industry
The course will also cover:
- Level 2 in Personal Development for Employability
- Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
Course Delivery:
Start Date: Monday 13th February 2023
End Date: Friday 10th March 2023
Location: Bristol BS8 3NB (full address will be given upon successful booking)
Times: 9:30am – 4:30pm
Weekdays only – Travel expenses paid

Course Eligibility
- Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2022
- Unemployed or working 16 hrs or less
- Can be on a benefit or not
- Not in education Right to live and work in UK
- Must be a resident of Bristol
