Explore (16-30) – 3rd May Induction
Explore is a 3-week personal development programme which uses outdoor learning to help build confidence, get motivated, meet new people and work as a team. Activities vary each course, but some previous examples include rock climbing, stand up paddleboarding and bushcraft!
We also complete a qualification in Personal Development and Employability Skills which focuses on Wellbeing and Teamwork.
Young people will gain up to 6 sessions of 1:1 support after the programme to help them achieve their personal goals.
