Sport In Mind – February Sessions

Aged 17+? Want to keep active and improve your mental health?

Sport In Mind are the charity that uses sport and physical activity to improve the lives of people with mental health needs.

Their FREE sessions take place every week, throughout the year and are fun, casual drop-in sessions. All equipment is provided and all abilities are very welcome.
Carers, friends and family are more than welcome to accompany participants to the first couple of sessions – the more the merrier!
