Tesco: Stronger Starts Retail Apprenticeship 2025
Are you looking to get started in the retail industry?
Tesco have partnered with The King’s Trust to offer Stronger Start Retail Apprenticeships in Bristol!
You’ll spend 12 months in-store completing learning and doing a range of activities centred around marketing, and business & technology. You’ll then get to put your learning into practice on the shop floor.
As part of the apprenticeship, you may need to achieve qualifications in Maths and English called functional skills. These qualifications are the equivalent to holding GCSEs in those subjects.
Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll be awarded your Level 2 National Standard in Retail, which is equivalent to 5 GCSE passes.
- Salary: Starting salary of £22,501.44 (36 hrs per week)
- Holiday: 20 days pro rata plus a personal day and bank holidays, rising to 22 days after 12 months
- What you need: No qualifications required
- Locations: Across the whole of England
- Start date: 22 September 2025
- Application close: Roles will be filled on a first come first served approach.
