What is HITZ?

HITZ is Premiership Rugby’s award-winning employability and education programme, with Central YMCA as the official education provider.

We will work with you to find out what you’re interested in and where you want to get to.

Then we’ll help you get there, supporting you every step of the way in an environment that is different from school and where staff will treat you with respect.

HITZ uses rugby’s core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship to support you to change your life and change your future.
