I’m excited to introduce you to our Holistic Health, Wellbeing, and Employment Support Service—designed to assist individuals aged 16+ in improving their overall health, wellbeing, and employment opportunities. Whether you’re looking to enhance your confidence, manage long-term health conditions, or get support in your job search, we are here to help.
Our service provides a blend of one-to-one coaching and group activities, focusing on a holistic approach to wellbeing and employment support. We work with you to identify and address any barriers in your life that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. We also offer tailored support for those looking to enter the workforce, pursue training, or engage in volunteering opportunities through our extenisve network of partner organisations.
Here’s how we can support you:
Health and Wellbeing Support through our signposting and coaching expertise:
- Health & Long-Term Health Conditions: Support to manage chronic health issues and enhance overall physical wellbeing.
- Mental Wellbeing & Mood: Guidance to build emotional resilience, manage stress, and improve mental wellbeing.
- Housing, Finances, and Debt: Advice on managing housing challenges, finances, and debt.
- Confidence & Self-Esteem: One-on-one coaching to build your confidence, self-worth, and social connections.
- Skills Development: Assistance with personal development and improving essential life skills.
Employment Support:
- CV Writing: Help crafting a professional and impactful CV that highlights your skills and experiences.
- Interview Preparation: Support in preparing for interviews, including mock interviews and tips for success.
- Job Searching: Guidance on how to effectively search for jobs, access job boards, and identify potential opportunities.
- IT Skills: Coaching to develop basic computer skills and familiarity with online job search tools.
- Volunteering: Assistance in finding volunteering opportunities to build your experience and confidence.
- Confidence Building: Coaching to boost your self-esteem and prepare you for the workforce.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, we also offer group activities where you can learn new skills, connect with others, and share experiences in a supportive environment. If additional support is needed, we can refer you to specialist services in areas such as mental health, financial advice, or housing.
How does it work?
You can get started by contacting us directly or asking a professional to make a referral on your behalf. Once we’ve heard from you, one of our friendly team members will reach out to get to know you a little better.
Next, we’ll arrange a meeting where you’ll meet one of our team for a 121 session. During this session, we’ll offer you the space to discuss your goals and any challenges you’re facing. We’ll work together at your pace to identify the changes you’d like to make and help you take the necessary steps. This might include introducing you to relevant services, group activities, or additional support.
